2 rounds for time of:
50 walking lunges
40 kettlebell swings
30 push ups
20 pull ups

400m run between rounds (not after the second)

*all moves must be completed in 2 sets or less.
**all movements must be performed strict

Scale to whichever variation of the movement allows for you to complete them with the above criteria in mind. Rest as long as needed in order to complete the moves in 2 sets or less (i.e. 13 pull ups + 7 pull ups). Band pull ups, knee push ups, light kb swings are all welcome. We are aiming to build stamina with this workout and as such need you to push through some discomfort as your muscles start to fatigue.
