How to join
We understand that trying CrossFit or any new workout program can be intimidating, so we have created a smooth on-ramp process for new members.
1. Schedule your free new athlete intro class
Your first session includes an initial consult about your fitness background and specific goals, then moves into a warm-up and brief workout. These intro sessions are suitable for all levels and allow us to give you the best prescription for achieving your goals.

2. Complete our Elements program
After attending your new athlete intro class, the Elements program is your next step!
Our Elements program teaches the fundamental movements we use daily in our CrossFit program. We focus on technique and slowly ramp up the intensity to prepare you for our group classes.
These classes are required for all new members before attending our group classes.
3. Join the Workout of the Day
The Workout of the Day or “WOD” is the heart of our group program at Free Range.
Each day we craft a workout that is constantly varied and continues to challenge our athletes on a daily basis. We run group classes throughout the day and tailor each workout to the individuals in the class.
The group environment is supportive and offers friendly competition. Our workouts are fun and challenging – expect a variety of gymnastics, weightlifting, kettlebells, running, rowing, jumping and moreā¦
