Hey Whole30-ers!
Congrats! You’ve made it into week 3 and now there are only 10 days left in the challenge! Despite most of us staying in town, we’ve certainly visited a lot of mental states over the past 20 or so days, and I hope that you have started to notice your old foods habits and maybe fallen in to a few new ones. Either way, you’re a trooper for stickin’ with it and in an effort to make the last week and a half fly by, I thought I would highlight some Free Ranger favorites that have made mealtime on Whole30 deliciously bearable:

Baller Breakfasts:
Sweet Potato Hash - Stephanie H. likes this so much, she will continue to make this even once Whole30's done.

Puerto Rican Beef A Foodee House Favorite, great anytime of the day.

Shredded Parsnips A fancier version on what ML and I make for breakfast, Awesome with some meat and a fried egg.

Lip-licking Leftovers:
Smokey Country Style Ribs These were incredible and ranked the highest on ML list based on sound effects while eating, so far - After burning them to smithereens, We cooked them in the oven as listed here: Oven Roasted Ribs

Beef Stew with Saffron Matt's Beef Stew: Made with love aka Homemade Beef Broth and (andrew) Butters, Matt says he could eat this everyday for the rest of his life!

Slow Cooker Apricot Chicken Recommended by Shawn and Meagan, the flavor to work ratio makes it a must!

Delicious Dinners:
SB&J Burger An Unlikely flavor combo, this one has made it's way around the gym a little bit already, but it definitely something new and worth checkin out!

An Effing Awesome Pot Roast Corey tested and Effing Approved

Vietnamese Cups - A super quick and tasty meal, this one is only found in Michelle Tam's book Nom Nom Paleo; Food For Humans but we will bring our copy to the gym for anyone who wants to check it out!

Pizza Spaghetti Pie - Abbey says this one requires a few modifications (quickly seasoning your own meat, and ideally, your own sauce) but that she's already made it twice this month, and doubled the recipe the second time around because she and Matt Walter didn't have leftovers after the first batch!

Cilantro Lime Chicken & Baked Mustard Lime Chicken One's bone in,skin on, The other is boneless, skinless, but both are delicious & quick recipes and staples in our house. (PS. we always use thighs!)

Scrumptious Sides:
Twice Baked Chorizo Sweet Potatoes Corey's go to sweet potatoes (We only have to pass on the bacon for TEN more days! We can do it!)

Lemon Almond Cauliflower Rice A new variation on a classic Paleo staple a la Stephanie!

Tons of Tapioca A new favorite amongst the manliest of men in the Free Range Community, it provides the hunger inducing calories needed to recover/gain weight

The Household Guacamole - Ingredients: avocados, red onion, garlic, jalapeño & pomegranate seeds. Slice up the avocado, Dice the onions, garlic, and jalapeño, and mix. - A bomb substitute for plain avocado - Corey Nolan's household give the green a new, delicious twist.

Hope this stirs up some food cravings and makes the last 10 days fly by!
